On Dec 3, 2020, I hit start on what would be about a 40 hour render time of the video that was initially posted on YouTube seven days later on Dec 10, 2020, as a documentary style story titled “Full Circle Faith”. It was a video about the miracles God did to put my 2nd marriage together with Persis in India, how she later fell into apostasy through Eastern Mysticism, but I how I believed God had given me a promise that she would come back to both Him and me. The video immediately went viral with $160k views in just 90 days.
Similarly to how the Lord did not stop Abraham from sleeping with Hagar, or Paul from appealing to Caesar, which kept him in prison, the Lord did not stop me from boldly claiming in the video that if my apostate spouse, whom I loved dearly, didn’t come back, that I should be considered a false prophet. When she never came back this story nearly became a total death blow to my faith and my ministry.
Later on, it became clear that I had not been wrong about God’s promises to me for “resurrection” and that I would remember no more the reproach of my “widowhood” (Isaiah 54:4), but God had allowed me to misinterpret the meaning of them. I believe the Lord hid the meaning of it from me, similar to how He hid the meaning of His death and crucifixion from the disciples.
Luke 9:45 But they did not understand what this meant. It was hidden from them, so that they did not grasp it,
But in the meantime, Satan took full advantage of this time and kicked me while I was down. The largest of those blows came through 21 year old Taylor Noelle (Meitzner), who once had praised this ministry, but now had turned against me, posting a video titled “Why I Stopped Following Michael Chriswell” on September 29, 2022. I did not find out about the video until October 12, 2022.
From Dec 3, 2020, the day I started rendering the final version of the video, to Sept 29, 2022, the day Taylor posted her slanderous video, was exactly 666 days.
After a few years of terrible persecution and humiliation which resulted from this story, God finally comforted me when He led me to see in Jeremiah 3:7, that even He Himself thought Israel would return to Him, but she did not! I could now identify with God’s pain by experience!
