On February 23, 2023, I emailed the State of Florida a one hour video (see below) which my oldest son Tyler and I put together to make our plea for justice against the outrageous parental alienation that both he and I suffered at the hands of Keri Chriswell, my first spouse and his mother. In the video, I showed the evidence of over a decade of parental alienation which successfully cut my children off in heart and person from me as their father. In the video I requested a full refund of $135,000 in child support which had been paid to Keri, despite her not allowing them to see or contact me for over nine years at that point.

IMPORTANT: The State of Florida DOES NOT currently have any laws which make parental alienation a crime, nor do they prosecute perjury (lies in court) in the family courts, therefore my ex-spouse was able to effectively lie and legally kidnap all five of our children, right under the court’s nose.

I filed a Motion for Contempt against her for the parental alienation, two times, once on June 14, 2023 (pro se), and again at the recommendation of the court for me to do so with an attorney, in September of 2023.  NEITHER of these Motions were heard by the court and they would not even grant me an evidentiary hearing, instead denying our Motions as being “Legally Insufficient”.

After a bit of research on the corruption of the family court system, it is my belief that the State of Florida did not want to hear my case because of the legal precedent it would have created for perhaps thousands of others in Florida who also being victims of parental alienation, may have also petitioned the court for child support relief or reimbursement.

Then the Florida Department of Revenue, responsible for collecting the child support, ignorant of the various motions filed back and forth in the Florida family court, set a hearing for April 10, 2025, to hold me in Contempt for Non-payment of the monies. I sent them a 40 page document and filing, showing they were chasing money from a father who hadn’t seen his children for 12 years, because of parental alienation and that I had sought relief from the family court, to no avail.

The hearing they set, was exactly 777 days after my initial video plea to the State of Florida about the Parental Alienation.

I was living in CA at the time and explained to the Department of Revenue and the court, in a filing, that I would not be attending the hearing and that I would not be paying any more child support since I voluntarily stopped in December of 2021. The next day I received a phone call from an old lady calling from her home, to let me know the State issued a warrant for my arrest. 

For the first time in 15 years, I received not an email or letter or any record of the warrant. I could not prove to anyone that a warrant was ever even written for my arrest. We found this to be quite suspicious, as if the State didn’t want me having any more easy evidence to show of the corruption that exists in the Florida family court system, in this area.

This may seem to be a negative result and not in harmony with other 777 day events, but we are reminded from 13 years earlier that the first 777 divorce event, was followed by the Lord leading  me to read on page 777 of my 1984 10th Anniversary Edition Bible, “God is the Ultimate Executor of Justice on Earth when no earthly court can grant it”. 

It was God who caused the State of Florida to set this hearing in keeping with His 777 pattern in my life and we are keeping our eyes out and expectant for the 14th 777 day event, which may just bring resolution to it ALL! We believe it is very likely that a future 777 day event is just around the corner and it will eventuate with my being granted some sort of justice and FREED to FINALLY move to New Zealand with my patient but suffering Kiwi wife, Lisa!
